3 cups plain yogurt
1 medium English cucumber or 3 large Persian cucumbers
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill washed, drained and chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
